My girlfriend passed this recipe along to me several years ago and it hasn’t left my recipe binder since. It’s that time of year where we all go into hibernation for the winter so I found it necessary to warm up with this scrumptious meal. I love how simple this recipe is to prepare; in fact, I don’t even refer to my hard copy anymore.

Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ground Beef (at least 80%)
- 4 ea Bouillon Cubes
- 4 ounces of sliced mushrooms
- 1 bag No Yolk Egg Noodles
- 2 cans of Campbell’s Cream of Chicken Soup
- 2 cans of Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup milk
Optional:
- Peas
- Sour Cream
Directions:
1. Boil bouillon cubes in water; add egg noodles
2. While egg noodles are boiling, brown beef in skillet and add mushrooms; drain
3. In separate mixing bowl, combine Cream of Chicken and Mushroom Soups together, adding 1 cup of milk (or chicken broth)
Note: if adding peas, add to this step
4. Once beef and mushrooms are drained, add to soup mixture
5. Drain egg noodles and return to pot
6. Add soup mixture with beef to noodles and heat over low flame for 10 minutes and serve
Optional: top with sour cream
